Frequently Asked Questions

Inside cabin of our helicopter tour over orlando theme parks

The #1 and most important question: IS IT SAFE?!

YES! We have an amazing team of pilots  and brand new helicopters to give you and your family a fun and safe bird's eye view of Orlando!

Safety is always the priority so our pilots have the experience, our helicopters are regularly maintained and our heliports comply with all local and FAA guidelines.

Is there an age restriction?

No, whether you're young or young at heart, anybody can ride!

Infants under 24 months can ride on the lap of an adult passenger. Children 2 to 12 years old must ride in their own seats.

What about weight restrictions?

Our flights are limited to a maximum of 3 passengers, and require a minimum of 2. Weight limits are restricted to 280lbs per person, and all passengers combined cannot exceed 580 lbs.

I'm ready to ride, how do I book it?

Just come and see us! There are no reservations and all flights operate on a first come, first serve basis.

We highly recommend arriving early to make sure there is ample time to complete all tours before closing. Our normal hours of operation are from 10 am to Sunset daily.

Are we allowed to use our phones and take pictures?

YES BUT not while we are walking you to the helicopter. Once you are INSIDE the aircraft and safely buckled in, or if anyone in your party is outside the safety fence, photos and videos are allowed. While we board you on our aircraft, the helicopter is on and safety protocols must be followed to minimize wait times and exposure in the safety area.

We do offer professional photos by our trained ground crew which are available for purchase after your flight.
